PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama (AJC) is a company engaged in the furniture industry, where products are exported. One of from AJC wine bottle rack. In production racks at AJC, many product defects were found. Therefore, it necessary to conduct further research determine quality product, so that correct improvement obtained. The purpose this study was limits statistical control and factors causing provided right on target. methods used Statistical Process Control (SPC) Fuzzy Failure Mode Effect Analysis (F-FMEA). SPC method defects. F-FMEA priority improving racks. results related obtained defective data outside limits. While causes failure using human, machine, material, environmental, method, measurement factors. Factors analyzed priorities obtained, namely lack experience workers with an FRPN value 269.33. Improvements need be made by include providing training mill 1 splitting logs.
